-HRGA, HSE and purchasing team management -HRGA operational tasks such as hiring, kpi management, evaluation, organization planning etc.. -IR management and negotiation (Deeply understanding about Labor and do based on best option) - Reporting to manager and management - Documentation and data management (Excel) for HRGA HSE and Purchasing matter - Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・More than 10 years HRGA management position experience in Japanese manufacture company ・Strong background in IR (Labor Union management ) Having trouble shooting experience ・More than High conversational level English or Japanese ・Stable career
