<Job Responsibilities>
- Arrange PKB between management and labor union
- Maintain compliance and law labor
- Create report and presentation for updated situation of union labor to head section
- Maintain good relationship with union labor
- Maintain and update the HRIS system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry
- Utilize HRZero for more efficient HR operations and reporting
- Kee up to date on changes in labor laws and implement necessary adjustments in HR policies
- Managed payroll calculation and attendance management
- Manage BPJS employment, health, and insurance processes, ensuring timely enrollment and claims
- Coordinate with external vendors for employee benefits and services
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in Law
・Active English Skill
・Minimum 2 years of working experience as HRGA Legal in the manufacturing industry
・Good understanding of law and regulations related to labor law
・Have direct experience in handling industrial related matter and HR functions
・Proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and have a strong sense of responsibility
