Job Description
- Maintain record of attendance, annual leaves, taxi usage, and others. - Manage office supplies, equipment, and other administrative tasks. - Handle arrangement of company events, meetings, and business trips (Car, Driver, Hotel, Flight). - Handle facility management and coordinate with external vendors for maintenance and services. - Maintain and record of company assets (including product samples) and conduct periodic checks. - Receive, verify, and process invoices from vendors, as well as reimbursements, ensuring all invoices align with purchase orders or other relevant documents prior to processing. - Record financial and expense transactions accurately. - Archive, both physical and digital, of invoices, payment proofs, and other related documents for audit purposes. - Willing to collaborate with and support other teams as needed. - Event management (promotion event related to marketing) - Required to work in different areas of marketing (e.g., assist in create presentation material, research (strenght point of Indonesian Brand), assist in creating SNS content, poster design. - Regarding marketing tasks, this position is expected to handle these in cooperation with the marketing team (experience not required; support for current staff and current company head). - Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Have a bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or a related field - Business level English - Knowledge of HR regulation and practices, and basic tax and financial knowledge - Minimum 1 year experience in HRGA and Accounting or Fresh graduate who has strong academic records and internships related to HRGA/Accounting/marketing(create SNS content or poster design)
