Job Description
- Prepare monthly financial statements, consolidated financial statements for the head office, and audit reports with support from an accounting firm - Handle expense reimbursements - Calculate BPJS contributions and process payroll - Submit annual regulatory documents to the Ministry of Manpower and ensure proper dissemination and understanding of company work regulations - Supervise and manage team members/subordinates - Obtain and manage required licenses and permits - Procure company equipment and office supplies - Manage company facilities, including office buildings - Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Business level English - Min. 8 years of experience in either A or B: A: Business English, professional Accounting background, experience supervising HRGA functions in Trading or Manufacturing company B: Business English + Conversational Japanese, HRGA-Administration experience, and Accounting knowledge in any industry - Proven leadership experience, including team management
