Job Description
- Prepare monthly financial statements, consolidated financial statements for the head office, and audit reports with the support from Accounting Firm - Handle reimbursement of expenses - Calculate BPJS and payroll - Submit annual regulations to the Ministry of Labor and ensure the dissemination and familiarization of employment regulations - Supervising members/subordinates - Obtain necessary licenses - Purchase company equipment - Manage facilities such as the building - Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Business level English - Min. 8 years of experience of either A or B type below: A: Business English, Accounting professional + HRGA supervision experience in Trading/Manufacturing company B: Business English + Conversational Japanese, HRGA Administration experience + Accounting knowledge in any industry - Leadership experience (managing team)
