Job Description
- Responsible for managing employee recruitment, payroll, BPJSTK & BPJS Kesehatan administration, employee retirement processes, and maintaining employee databases including attendance and leave records. - Maintaining the office by ensuring office working system are all operating properly (printers, scanner, photocopier, internet connection, telephone) and dealing with issue as they arise in a timely manner - Coordinate with building management for electrical, phone line, air conditioner, parking, access, pest control and others building public facilities - Manage the process of procurement, distribution and recording of pantry & office supply - Processing request for purchase of good and/or services required by employees (non material purchase) - Handle Expatriate Housing, Expense Document's Claim - Handle travel arrangement (ticket, hotel, transport) for the employee or guest - Check and verified Expenses Documents of Employee's Claim - Check and ensure all invoice from vendors of HRGA activities are correct with valid supporting documents - Manage payment all invoice from vendors of HRGA activities to be timely manner before payment due date - Maintain and organize HRGA filling documents - Manage and organize company marketing tools [Company Profile, Brochure, Merchandise] - Planning and coordinating company events - Support basic IT job such as dealing with employee PC malfuctions, setting up, operating and troubleshooting, mutifunction devices and dealing with IT services vendors
Job Requirement
・Diploma/Bachelor's degree from all major, preferably from reputable university ・High conversational level of Japanese (JLPT N3) and Conversational level of English ・At least 2-3 years experiences in HR/GA from Japanese company ・Knowledge of Indonesian Labour Law ・Proficient in Microsoft office ・Basic understanding of IT (employee PC) ・Understand Japanese working culture ・Understand well about HoRenSo and Kaizen is a plus
