Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ◆Business level Japanese (No problem for conversation, writing emails) *N2 or above ◆Conversational English ◆Around 10 years of HRGA experience and Management experience ◆Able to handle staff reduction and salary negotiation for employee ◆Graduated from Tier 1 university ◆Have a strong will to accomplish job tasks under pressure <Preferable Skill / Experience> ◆Works/ed at Japanese company ◆Non job hopper
