Job Description
- Assist HR Manager in overseeing daily operations of HR Department, with focus on compensation, benefits, and payroll management - Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training, industrial relations, HR administration, and compliance with HR policies - Ensure compensation programs, payroll processing, and employee benefits are aligned with company policies, industry standards, and labor regulations - Provide support to employees regarding inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and payroll - Ensure that HR practices comply with labor laws and organizational goals, and assist in resolving disputes and negotiations - Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation related to compensation and benefits - Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in any field - Business level English - Min. 5 years of experience in HRGA, most recent role as Supervisor or higher - Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, and end-to-end payroll and PPh21 calculations payroll - Has BNSP MSDM certification - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, esp. Excel and Word
