Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Assist in overseeing daily HRGA Function of the company - Serve as the primary liaison between management and the labour union, ensuring smooth, transparent, and constructive communication - Lead and participate in collective bargaining negotiations, grievance handling, and dispute resolution activities - Monitor and ensure company compliance with labour laws, regulations, and collective labour agreements (CLA) - Develop and implement IR strategies that support a harmonious and productive work environment - Support the planning and implementation of organization development initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness - Support in developing HR policies, SOPs, and improving projects that support employee engagement and performance - Support implementation and maintenance of ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and HSE standards within company operations - Collaborate with the HSE team to monitor workplace safety, conduct inspections, and promote safety awareness
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Minimal D3 from any major ・Active English skill, able to converse and create report to Japanese ・More than 3 years of working experience as HRGA Assistant Manager in a Japanese Manufacturing company with direct experience in handling Labor Union and familiarity in organization development ・Good understanding and familiar with ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and HSE ・Firm, decisive, good communication skill, and able to work under pressure
