Job Description
・Develop and implement HR strategies. ・Analyze HR data such as manpower, turnover, productivity, absence, training effectiveness. ・Evaluate Training & Development programs for all levels. ・Manage annual training plan and budget, including internal and external training providers. ・Maintain good relationships with employees, labor unions, and related government institutions. ・Handle disciplinary actions, employee grievances, and dispute resolutions in compliance with labor laws and company regulations. ・Manage company regulations (PP/PKB), work rules, and ensure proper socialization to employees. ・Support audits and inspections related to manpower regulations. ・Oversee and Ensure payroll accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with labor and taxation regulations. ・Review compensation and benefits structure to maintain competitiveness and internal fairness. ・Arrange and manage pre-employment Medical Check-Ups with hospitals. ・Handle HR-related legal matters, including employment contracts, warning letters, termination process, and dispute documentation. ・Coordinate with external legal consultants, notaries, and government authorities when required. ・Oversee GA functions including transportation, office services. ・Other task as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's Degree. ・5 years of experience as HRGA Assistant Manager from any Japanese Manufacturing. ・Business English proficiency. ・Strong in Training & Development and IR.
