Job Description
- Assist the HR Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the HR Department, with a focus on compensation, benefits, and payroll management - Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training, industrial relations, HR administration, and compliance with HR policies - Ensure compensation programs, payroll processing, and employee benefits are aligned with company policies, industry standards, and labor regulations - Provide support to employees regarding inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and payroll - Ensure that HR practices comply with labor laws and organizational goals, and assist in resolving disputes and negotiations - Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation related to compensation and benefits - Perform other HR-related tasks or projects as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in any field - Business-level Japanese (min. JLPT N2) and business-level English proficiency - At least 5 years of experience in HRGA, with the most recent role as a Supervisor or higher - Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, and payroll processes - Has BNSP MSDM certification - Excellent communication skills with experience working in a collaborative environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, esp. Excel and Word
