<Job Responsibilities> - Handle payroll, compensation & benefits - Manage HR legal compliance, BPJS, and LKPM reporting - Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluation - Prepare company regulations and wage structure - Handle bipartite cases and Disnaker audits - Plan and control annual HR programs - Organize company events and GA activities - Act as key liaison between employees and management - Other task assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree from any Major ・Active high conversatioanl English level is mandatory ・Minimum 3 years of working experience as HR with supervisor experience in a Japanese company ・Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, BPJS, and Disnaker regulations ・Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills
