<Job Responsibilities> ・Identify training needs based on performance evaluations, competency gaps, and departmental requirements. ・Develop annual training plans and manage both internal and external training programs. ・Design training materials, modules, and documentation as needed. ・Conduct post-training evaluations to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements. ・Build and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors. ・Support career development, talent management, and competency-building initiatives within the organization. ・Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of training programs with business needs. ・Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree ・2 years of experience as HR Training & Development from Manufacturing. ・Business English proficiency
