<Job Responsibilities> - Manage end-to-end recruitment and coordinate with departments to meet hiring needs - Support organizational development and employee engagement initiatives - Oversee payroll inputs and employee benefits in line with company policies - Plan and monitor training programs based on employee development needs - Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and labor law compliance - Perform other related HR duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field with min. GPA of 3.00 (scale 4.00) - Business level English proficiency - Min. 2 years of experience as HR Supervisor (has subordinates) with total of min. 7 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Finance Institution or Bank, handling full-spectrum HR functions - Proficient in Microsoft Office
