Job Description
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement of salaries, allowances, and deductions.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives, insurance, and other employee perks.
- Utilize and manage HP systems and related applications for payroll, attendance tracking, and HR data management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies related to payroll, taxation, and employee benefits.
- Handle personnel administration, including employee records, contract management, and leave administration.
- Support employee engagement by addressing payroll-related concerns and ensuring fair and transparent compensation practices.
- Oversee performance evaluation processes to ensure alignment with payroll adjustments, bonuses, and incentives.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
・At least 5-8 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on payroll and compensation & benefits, preferably in a manufacturing company.
・Experience handling payroll, benefits administration, personnel evaluation, and compliance.
・Proficiency in HP systems or similar applications (Sunfish, SAP, Talent, Mekari).
・Familiarity with labor law regulations related to payroll and employee benefits.
・Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
・Business English proficiency.
