・Handle IR, recruitment and compensation benefit
・Socialize regulations to employees
・Prepare data for payroll
・Manage employee data
・Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's Degree, from Law, Business, HR, or Psycholofy major
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 3 years as HR Supervisor in similar industry, preferably from Forwarding company
・Good understanding of Labor law, human resource, including IR, admin, compensation & benefit, and recruitment
・Able to manage employee data in company system
・Up to date with government regulations
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in Forwarding Japanese company
・Able to join ASAP
