Job Description
-Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives -Plan and execute recruitment, talent development, and succession planning programs -Analyze workforce data and provide recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness -Develop employee competency frameworks, career paths, and retention initiatives -Coordinate performance management and employee evaluation processes -Support organizational development and change management initiatives -Prepare HR reports and presentations for management decision-making -Collaborate with department leaders on manpower planning and strategic HR projects -Other related duties as assigned
Job Requirement
-Bachelor's degree from a reputable university (Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or related field preferred) -Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR strategy, talent management, or human resource planning -Experience in developing and implementing recruitment and employee development plans -Experience in formulating and executing HR strategies aligned with business objectives -Experience in succession planning and workforce planning -Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize HR data for decision-making and strategy development -Business-level English and fluent Indonesian communication skills -Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint -Able to work in a dynamic and fast-changing business environment
