Job Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interview coordination) - Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates - Address challenges in sourcing candidates with advanced Excel skills - Administer and score psychological and technical assessment tools - Ensure accurate and objective evaluation of candidates - Maintain assessment records and improve testing methods - Support employee development and improvement programs - Assist in identifying training needs and monitoring progress - Contribute to building a continuous improvement culture - Operate and maintain HRIS - Manage employee data and generate HR reports - Utilize Microsoft Excel for data processing and analysis - Support implementation of HR processes aligned with ISO standards - Maintain proper documentation and system accuracy - Deliver presentations related to recruitment, HR reports, and development programs - Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Min. Bachelor's degree ・High Conversational English proficiency ・2 years of experience as HR Staff handling Recruitment using assessment tools from any industry ・Proficiency in MS Excel, knowledge of ISO system management ・Strong analytical, assessment skills, communicative, data-driven, detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset in talent sourcing
