Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Assist with recruitment activities, including CV screening, scheduling interviews, administering tests, and onboarding new hires. - Handle daily HR administrative tasks such as managing employee records, contracts, leave, and attendance. - Support the coordination and implementation of training and development initiatives. - Help facilitate performance management processes. - Maintain and update HR databases and employee files (both physical and digital). - Support the preparation of reports and basic HR data analysis. - Other tasks as assigned.
