Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Lead and handle Industrial Relations (IR) activities, including:
Labor union negotiation (PKB / CLA negotiation)
Handling disputes, grievances, and bipartite/tripartite processes
Managing communication with labor union representatives
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan), including:
Employment contracts, termination processes (PHK), and disciplinary actions
Compliance with government regulations and reporting requirements
- Develop and review company regulations (PP / PKB) in alignment with legal requirements and business needs
- Advise management on legal risks related to employment decisions and provide strategic HR recommendations
- Oversee employee relations strategies to maintain industrial harmony and prevent conflicts
- Lead internal investigations related to employee misconduct or disputes
- Manage HRGA team and ensure execution of policies aligned with legal framework
- Supervise payroll framework, compensation structure, and ensure compliance with wage regulations (UMK, overtime, benefits)
- Coordinate with external parties (legal advisors, government institutions, labor office) when required
- Act as bridge between local workforce and Japanese management in sensitive IR matters

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor’s degree in Law, Psychology, HR Management, or related field
・Minimum 8–12 years experience in HR, with strong focus on Industrial Relations
・Proven experience in labor union negotiation (PKB) is mandatory
・Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and its implementation in manufacturing environment
・Experience handling disputes, PHK cases, and government/labor office coordination
・Minimum 3–5 years experience in managerial level
・Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
・Business level English (mandatory); Japanese is a plus
・Strong analytical thinking, assertiveness, and negotiation capability
