<Job Responsibilities> - Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. - Oversee monthly payroll attendance processing. - Maintain HR records, HRIS, and ensure documentation is up to date. - Implement HR policies and ensure legal and regulatory compliance. - Drive employee engagement, performance reviews, and training programs. - Other tasks as assigned.
