Job Description
- Manage overall HR operations including personnel, recruitment, labor relations, and regulations - Lead labor-management negotiations and collective bargaining processes - Supervise and develop a team of 8 HR professionals (average age early 30s, no assistant manager) - Handle hands-on HR operational tasks as a playing manager - Report directly to Japanese director and provide support to other department personnel - Manage HR documentation, policies, and compliance matters - Support organizational development and employee relations in manufacturing environment - Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree (Prefer reputable university) - More than 5-10years HR Manager experience in Japanese or multinational Manufacturing company - Business level English - Stable career history
