Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. - Oversee monthly payroll processing, benefits, and statutory compliance. - Maintain HR records, HRIS, and ensure documentation is up to date. - Implement HR policies and ensure legal and regulatory compliance. - Drive employee engagement, performance reviews, and training programs. - Supervise and guide the HR team in daily operations. - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Min. Bachelor's degree ・Min. High Conversational Mandarin and Conversational English proficiency (able to communicate with foreigners without difficulties) ・Min. 2 years as HR Manager with at least 7 years as HRGA, handling recruitment and performance management, experienced working in Chinese company ・Good communication skill, coordinating skill, and detail oriented
