Job Description
-Handle general HR matters, including employee relations, HR administration, and regulatory compliance. -Maintain and strengthen effective relationships with the Labor Union, serving as a primary liaison. -Lead negotiations with the Labor Union, including discussions related to salary adjustments and employment terms. -Manage the PKB (Perjanjian Kerja Bersama) update process and ensure timely renewal in accordance with company and legal requirements. -Oversee issuance of disciplinary actions, including warning letters, in alignment with company policy and labor regulations. -Support and manage the personnel evaluation and performance review process. -Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies to support organizational goals. -Manage and control the HR division’s annual budget. -Review and approve payroll calculations to ensure accuracy and timeliness. -Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field. ・Business level of English ・Have 5 years of experience as Manager in Japanese Manufacture company ・Have 5 years of experience managing labor union relation in a company with 300+ employees ・Strong knowledge in Indonesian labor laws, regulations, HR best practices and HRIS ・Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, especially in dealing with labor unions and internal management.
