Job Description
・Responsible for daily HR operation activities (recruitment support, employee database management, and employee benefits administration). ・Ensure all company HR policies, procedures, and employment practices comply with applicable labor and employment laws and regulations. ・Ensure overall company compliance with employment-related laws, internal regulations, and government requirements. ・Maintain accurate and confidential employee legal and HR documentation. ・Support the development and continuous improvement of HR policies and internal regulations. ・Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree from Legal. ・3 years of experience as Legal from firm or management consulting. ・Experience in handling Corporate & Company Law, Employment & Labor Law ・Familiarity with notary processes, BKPM/OSS licensing, and KBLI. ・Business English proficiency.
