Job Description
- Provide accurate and timely translation of documents, presentations, policies, and reports related to HR activities. - Interpret during meetings, discussions, and reviews involving Japanese BOD/expatriates and the HR Division. - Ensure all translated content aligns with company standards and conveys the correct meaning and context. - Act as a liaison between the HR Division and Headquarters or other overseas offices in Asia. - Support communication related to HR projects, initiatives, and policy alignment. - Prepare and translate documentation required for cross-country HR coordination. - Assist with preparing HR-related documents needed for visa and ITAS applications (application handled by another division). - Support the administrative process for Diklat TKI Pendamping, including coordination and documentation. - Ensure all compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time. - Help coordinate activities or communication between departments based on BOD directives. - Provide translation support during non-routine meetings outside the HR scope when requested by BOD. - Facilitate smooth cross-department collaboration and ensure messages are clearly delivered. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree in any major ・Business level of Japanese (JLPT N2) and intermediate of English ・Have 2-3 years experience as Japanese Interpreter, HR or Secretary in Japanese Manufacture ・Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize assignments, and work in a fast-paced environment.
