<Job Responsibilities> - Arrange PKB between management and labor union - Maintain compliance and law labor - Create report and presentation for updated situation of union labor to head section - Maintain good relationship with union labor - Maintain and update the HRIS system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree in any Major ・Active high conversational level of English ・More than 2 years of working experience as HR Supervisor, preferably Assistant Manager level in the manufacturing industry ・Held HR BNSP Certification ・Direct experience in IR and handling PKB ・Firm and able to work under pressure
