Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Review, communicate, and implement newly established HRIS roles and system updates - Manage and oversee daily and monthly activities related to Performance Management System and People Development initiatives - Enhance and align company roles and HR policies with business processes and the regional strategic roadmap - Ensure compliance with company role structures and corporate policies across the organization - Represent and act as the main PIC for company in internal committees and forums (EE, DEI, Bipartite, etc). - Coordinate and facilitate onboarding programs and other training and development activities - Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with the QMS - Support additional Employee Relations and Training & Development initiatives, including improving internal communication platforms such as the employee communication board
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree ・Active business level of English ・More than 4 years of experience in HR at a supervisory level, with a focus on Employee Relations (ER) and Training & Development (T&D) ・Strong understanding of labor regulations, corporate compliance, and HR policies ・Experience in handling labor unioun ・Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
