<Job Responsibilities> - Design and execute HR strategies that support the organization’s vision, mission, and overall business objectives. - Oversee all HR activities, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. - Foster a strong organizational culture rooted in core values such as Integrity, Accountability, Adaptability, and Value Creation. - Ensure adherence to Indonesian labor laws as well as internal company policies. Utilize HR analytics to generate strategic insights on productivity, employee retention, and workforce growth. - Manage and develop the HR team to deliver effective support across all departments. - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Min. Bachelor's degree ・Min. Business Level English proficiency ・Min. 5 years as HR Senior Manager or GM in Manufacturing industry, experienced in managing and developing all HR aspect, proficient in HRIS ・Good communication skill, coordinating skill, and detail oriented
