Job Description
- Controlling the process of calculating salaries, THR, bonuses, process salary increments and decrements, and employee incentives
- Controlling the process of calculating BPJS Health and employment and employee insurance
- Responsible for Industrial Relations matters such as labor unions, government, layoffs
- Responsible for the process of employee documentation and administration
- Other tasks as assigned

- Mengontrol proses perhitungan gaji, THR, bonus, proses kenaikan dan penurunan gaji, serta insentif karyawan
- Mengontrol proses perhitungan BPJS Kesehatan dan asuransi ketenagakerjaan dan karyawan
- Bertanggung jawab atas urusan Hubungan Industrial seperti serikat pekerja, pemerintah, PHK
- Bertanggung jawab atas proses dokumentasi dan administrasi karyawan
- Tugas-tugas terkait lainnya
Job Requirement
・Possess Bachelor degree from Law Major
・Having 10 years of work experience in focusing handle comben & employee service
・Understanding of BPJS, Manpower Office, Payroll, HRIS, and Licensing
・Mastering the applicable Labor Laws
・Understand ISO 14001 and ISO 9001
・Experience in solving employment problems (PHI)

・Memiliki gelar Sarjana di bidang Hukum
・Memiliki 10 tahun pengalaman kerja dengan fokus menangani comben & layanan karyawan
・Memahami BPJS, Dinas Ketenagakerjaan, Payroll, HRIS, dan Perizinan
・Menguasai Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan yang berlaku
・Memahami ISO 14001 dan ISO 9001
・Berpengalaman dalam menyelesaikan masalah ketenagakerjaan (PHI)
