Job Description

- Ensure compliance with government regulations related to labor and employment.
- Manage effective communication and coordination with labor unions.
- Implement reward and punishment systems in accordance with company policies.
-Handle company licensing related to HR and employment requirements.
- Provide employee counseling and motivation to support a positive work environment.
- Maintain and update the HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Oversee employee attendance records, including leave management and attendance reporting.
- Plan, develop, and manage employee training and development programs.
- Lead and execute the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Conduct and monitor performance evaluations to support employee growth and organizational effectiveness.
- Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirement

・Min Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, or related major
・Business level of English
・Min 5-10 years experience as Asst.Manager in Japanese manufacture with more than 1000 employees
・Experience in industrial relations handling tripatriate, PKB and Industrial regulations
・Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
