Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Lead and drive the overall Quality Management strategy for high-rise building projects, ensuring full alignment with corporate objectives and international ISO standards (9001, 14001, 37001, 45001). - Establish, standardize, and continuously improve company-wide QA-QC policies, systems, and governance frameworks across all projects. - Provide executive oversight on critical construction quality matters, including structural works, concrete testing, reinforcement, and Ready Mix Plant (RMP) compliance. - Direct and develop the QA-QC organization structure, including manpower planning, succession planning, performance management, and capability building. - Oversee internal and external audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions. - Act as the key advisor to top management and project leadership on quality risks, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. - Drive a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across Head Office and project sites to enhance project performance, client satisfaction, and corporate reputation. - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) ・Business English proficiency (able to communicate with foreigners regarding technical matters) ・Min. 15 years of experience as QA/QC, 5 years as Manager, with at least 10 years in HO Construction handling high rise building projects, familiar with ISO 9001, 14001, 37001, 45001 ・Experienced in inspection, ITP & RMP operations and standard ・Experienced in handling projects with budget of min. 250 bil. ・Own SKA cert. (active) ・Not a job hopper (stayed at least 5 years in one company) ・Willing to do business trips ・Good communication skill, good leadership skill, committed, active and healthy
