Job Description
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for construction materials and services to support project and business requirements. - Lead vendor sourcing, evaluation, qualification, and selection processes to build a strong and reliable supplier network. - Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and service agreements to achieve the best value for the company. - Manage procurement activities to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and cost efficiency across all projects. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with local and overseas suppliers, particularly from China, Japan, and Korea. - Monitor procurement budgets, market trends, material price movements, and supplier performance to support strategic decision-making. - Lead, coach, and develop the procurement team, including procurement managers and staff, to achieve departmental objectives. - Collaborate with project, engineering, commercial, and management teams to ensure procurement activities align with project schedules and company goals. - Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering. - Business English proficiency (spoken and written for technical communication). - Minimum 8 years as Procurement Manager in High-rise construction industry, with understanding of construction projects needs, strong track record in vendor sourcing, supplier development, contract negotiation, and procurement strategy implementation. - Willing to travel if needed. - Stable career. - Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with a strategic and results-oriented mindset.
