Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Lead and Manage MEP Engineering activities - Plan, review, and approve MEP designs for high rise building projects - Prepare and calculate RAB (budget plan) for MEP work - Develop MEP work methods and ensure proper implementation on projects - Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and contractors - Create, review, and control project schedule using MS Project - Monitor project progress to ensure quality, cost, and time targets are met - Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to site teams - Ensure all MEP works comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations - Report project status, risks, and recommendations to management - Make presentation and present to management and stakeholders - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree in Engineering ・Business English proficiency (for bilingual project presentation orally) ・Min. 10 years of experience and at least 5 years as MEP Engineering Chief for high rise building, experienced in RAB calculation, MEP methods, using MS Project for scheduling ・Willing to do business trip ・Good communication skill, smart, good leadership skill, good analytical thinking skill, healthy
