Job Description
• Create and develop CSR program in various sector with aims to increase company good corporate image
• Managing and evaluating CSR program activities to meet with the company target
• Managing special corporate events for internal
• Provide corporate information for external and internal use
• Provide material for top management (speech, presentation and etc.)
• Handling corporate sponsorship with group companies or stakeholders
• Directing programs and socializing company “corporate value” with aims to build the mindset and strengthen the behavior of employees.
• Expand and maintain network with stakeholder
• Managing corporate email as one of publication media for internal and external use
• Managing communication and good relationship with journalists in order to maximize publication target
• Controlling advertisement/advertorial every month suitable with budget
• Monitoring all preparation for events (construction, invitation, design, etc.) until the final report of each event which is involving journalist as participants.
• Monitoring all events or promotion activities as Press Release or Advertorial
• Organize and plan any kind of budget and control the payment process
• Control report related to industrial news and commercial vehicle from all media to management on daily basis
• Control company website
• Check and control Press Release from every events and issues that can be raised as a news
• Control monthly meeting materials for monthly presentation
• In charge in communication to every media as well as the public (print, online and television), related to company business and information.
• As a representative of company to guide and communicate with Automotive Communities
- Experience in PR and CSR activities
- Have more than 5 years of experience in the same field
- Good communicate with both internal and external parties (media, public)
- Able to manage team
