Job Description
・Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes in a professional manner. ・Communicate effectively with Japanese guests by providing interpretation and translation support. ・Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously. ・Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest records accurately. ・Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. ・Provide information about residence facilities, services, and local areas. ・Answer phone calls, emails, and messages in Japanese and other required languages. ・Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area. ・Other duties as assigned.
