Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Represent the company in government-related meetings, participating in discussions or consultations with government agencies and ensuring the company’s interests are effectively communicated - Prepare and deliver meeting summaries to senior management, compiling and presenting reports that outline key discussion points, policy updates, and implications for the company - Develop and execute compliance and regulatory strategies to ensure that company operations and products comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards - Support documentation and event coordination involving government entities by preparing official documents, permits, or correspondence, and helping organize government-related visits, events, or collaborations - Provide data, analysis, and presentations for government relations activities by collecting and organizing relevant information to support internal reporting, decision-making, and external communications - Promote and apply the EMS, OHSAS, & Quality policy in accordance with the rules and procedures outlined in ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 9001
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Minimum Bachelor's Degree from Any Major ・Active Business English Skill ・Min. 5 years of working experience as government relations, cmpliance management, and regulatory affairs preferably from HVAC Manufacturing Industries ・Proven experience of maintaining good relationship with government bodies and regulatory institutions ・Have good connection with Government Institution ・Good communication skill and able to work underpressure
