Job Description
- Assist the Building Manager in planning, executing and evaluating the operational and management of the building
- Planning, coordinating, evaluating and proposing solutions to problems in carrying out and being fully responsible for the convenience of building operations
- Supervise the activities and results of the work of housekeeping sub-contractors (cleaning service, gondola, pest rodent control, hygiene system, landscaping, garbage removal), security and parking according to established standards
- Coordinating, informing the relevant departments so that the service goes well so that customers feel satisfied and comfortable
- Another task as assigned
Job Requirement
・Male max 45 years old
・Minimal Bachelor degree from any major (especially Management and Hotel)
・Has minimum 5 years work experience as General Services in property management especially office
・Actively using English
・Computer literate (Ms. Office)
・Leadership skill, team work, creative, loyal
