Job Description

- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of all construction projects within the industrial estate, ensuring the alignment with strategic business goals and operational efficiency targets
- Develop project execution plans, schedules, and construction methodologies that deliver quality outcomes on time and within budget
- Oversee daily construction operations across multiple sites, ensuring adherence to approved designs, specifications, and contractual obligations
- Monitor project progress, verify contractor performance, manage site inspections, and resolve on-site issues proactively
- Establish and enforce robust Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) systems to ensure all construction works meet required specifications, regulations, and safety standards
- Manage all construction contracts, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve optimal performance and cost-effectiveness
- Prepare and present progress reports and budget forecasts to management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, vendors, local authorities, and stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and develop site managers, supervisors, and construction teams, building a culture of accountability, quality, and safety
- Perform other related tasks as assigned

Job Requirement

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- At least 15 years experience in Large-scale Construction Project Management, with minimum 5 years in Senior Manager or General Manager role
- Proven experience managing Major Industrial Estate or Infrastructure Projects with land area >500 hectares
- Strong technical knowledge of civil, structural, and site infrastructure construction, construction laws, budgeting, and team management
- Willing to frequently visit sites and attend stakeholder meetings
