Job Description
- Develop, implement, and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all building facilities, utilities, and systems (mechanical, electrical, etc.).
-Supervise, monitor, and ensure the proper maintenance and inventory of all company assets.
- Act as the point of contact for coordination with external parties regarding company security and environmental management.
- Manage the scheduling, maintenance, and availability of company vehicles and supervise drivers.
- Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of office premises and common areas through direct supervision of cleaning teams.
-Monitor and fulfill all stationery and office supply needs efficiently and cost-effectively.
-Oversee canteen operations and ensure timely, hygienic meal supply for all employees.
-Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management or any related major
・Min 3-5 years of experience as General Affairs and Facility Management
・In-depth knowledge of building systems, including mechanical and electrical infrastructure.
・Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with internal teams and external vendors or agencies.
・Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
・Experience handling security and environmental compliance is an advantage.
