Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Oversee daily vehicle operations, including scheduling and driver coordination - Manage company facilities such as the office building, meeting rooms, and canteen - Supervise drivers, office support staff, and security personnel - Handle expatriate staff administration, including work visa processing - Assist in monitoring the implementation of HRGA KPIs - Provide Japanese–local staff translation and interpretation - Conduct routine plant inspections and patrols to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with internal standards - Organize training sessions to promote environmental awareness among employees - Monitor and manage petty cash for GA operations - Serve as the main point of contact (PIC) for Japanese expatriate staff, supporting their daily work, accommodation, and living needs - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Japanese Literature - High conversational level of Japanese and hold a minimum of JLPT N3 Certificate with Conversational of English proficiency - Minimum 1 year of GA experience in a Japanese manufacturing company for staff-level roles, - Experienced in managing utilities and company environmental requirements, including environmental documentation, environmental testing, and PROPER compliance - Strong leadership and communication skills
