<Job Responsibilities> - Ensure maintenance and upkeep of company buildings, facilities, and assets in compliance with applicable ISO standards, safety, and regulatory requirements. - Maintain building infrastructure, safety systems, office assets, and supporting equipment such as CCTV, generators, vehicles, and forklifts - Coordinate, direct, and supervise outsourced contractors and operator staff to ensure maintenance work is completed safely and effectively - Other task assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree from any Major ・Active conversational level of English ・More than 3 years of working experience as GA from any manufacturing industries ・Basic knowledge of building maintenance, utilities, and facility equipment ・Experience in coordinating or supervising outsourced contractors and maintenance teams. ・Good organizational, problem solving, and communication skills.
