Job Description
- Translate written and verbal documents accurately from Japanese to Indonesian and Indonesian to Japanese, ensuring clarity and business appropriateness. - Support internal and external communication involving Japanese expatriates, management, and local employees. - Prepare, manage, and maintain administrative documents, reports, and records related to General Affairs activities. - Conduct basic data analysis and prepare summaries, reports, and presentations for management review. - Handle data documentation, filing systems, and document control in compliance with company policies. - Provide administrative support for General Affair functions, including office administration, coordination with vendors, and internal departments. - Assist in organizing meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and supporting operational needs within the factory. - Ensure smooth daily GA operations and support continuous improvement initiatives as assigned by management. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably majoring in Japanese Language or a related field. - Business level of Japanese Language (JLPT N2) and conversational English - Have 1 year of working experience as a General Affair Staff in Japanese Manufacture company - Strong administrative, documentation, and organizational skills. - Able to work independently as well as in a team, and perform well under tight schedules and deadlines. - Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (mandatory). - Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
