<Job Responsibilities> -Lead and manage the GA team, ensuring smooth daily operations and staff development - Facilitate clear and effective communication with expatriate staff - Serve as the main liaison with the Japanese headquarters, interpreting, translating, and communicating directives and materials, especially those related to safety, environmental, and compliance matters - Coordinate with Japanese headquarters to ensure timely implementation of company policies and guidelines - Identify operational challenges and implement practical, effective solutions. - Maintain organized and efficient administrative processes to support overall company operations - Other task assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree from any Major ・Active conversational level of English and High conversational of Japanese ・More than 3 years of working experience as GA Supervisor in a Japanese Manufacturing company ・Familiarity with HSE, ISO, and Legal affiairs related to manufacturing operation ・Detail oriented, good communication skill, and good work ethics ・Willing to work in Central Java
