<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage personal information of all employees
- Handle inquiries from employees and government agencies
- Respond to various incidents at stores (labor, accidents, troubles, etc.)
- Obtain OSS certification (facility certification, etc.)
- Maintain smooth relationships with government agencies
- Obtain necessary permits/licenses
- Collaborate with HR Manager
- Other task as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Having work experience 5 years as GA Assistant Manager/Manager in a Japanese company
・Bachelor degree from any major
・English high-conversational level
・Willing to work as a team
