Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Conduct monthly facility, building, and asset inspections to ensure operational readiness and compliance - Manage and maintain company legal and licensing documentation - Oversee waste management operations, including vendor coordination, documentation, reporting, and compliance - Coordinate workplace safety programs, including safety patrols, K3 implementation, and 5S/5R initiatives - Manage Kaizen Teian improvement programs, covering proposal administration, reporting, and monthly recognition - Support preparation and submission of quarterly SIINAS production reports - Coordinate with HR to support recruitment and employee training activities - Oversee IT and office infrastructure services, including system maintenance, email servers, NAS Synology, and internet networks - Develop annual GA work plans and monitor monthly execution and performance - Provide administrative and logistical support for Japanese expatriates - Maintain effective communication and coordination with external vendors and contractors - Supervise and manage GA personnel, including drivers, security, and office support staff - Plan and execute company events such as family gatherings, corporate dinners, and sports activities - Communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams - Other task assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelors degree in Psychology, Management or other related major ・Active high conversational level of English skill ・Minimum 3 years of working experience as GA with Leader experience in a Japanese Manufacturing company ・Resilient, able to work under pressure, and good communication skill
