Job Description
・Manage end-to-end GA activities including office, facility, and operational support ・Ensure workplace facilities are well-maintained, safe, and comfortable ・Oversee company assets, utilities, and daily operational needs ・Lead and supervise GA team members, including: GA Staff, Operational support (driver, cleaning staff) ・Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure team effectiveness ・Develop team capabilities and maintain discipline ・Plan and manage company events ・Coordinate with Event Organizers and external vendors ・Support initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace satisfaction ・Manage relationships with vendors (facility, maintenance, event organizers) ・Support implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 ・Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company procedures ・Manage company vehicle usage and coordination ・Report GA activities to GA Supervisor and HRGA Manager ・Prepare and deliver presentations related to GA performance, budgeting, and initiatives ・Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Min. Bachelor's degree ・High Conversational English proficiency ・Min. 2 years of experience as GA Leader managing subordinates handling company event such as CSR, gatherings, etc. ・Familiar with ISO 9001 ・Own SIM A ・Leadership, team management, coordination, vendor and event management, decision-making, and initiative
