Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Carry out day-to-day office administration and provide operational support across general affairs functions - Serve as a liaison and point of contact between the company and Japanese staff or expatriate personnel - Perform translation of written materials and verbal interpretation across Japanese, English, and Bahasa Indonesia - Oversee the upkeep of office infrastructure and take charge of internal company event coordination - Assist expatriate employees with logistical needs including travel planning, accommodation arrangement, and visa-related documentation
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience and JLPT N2 are welcome to apply ・Bachelor's degree from any major ・Able to communicate in Japanese at a working proficiency level (JLPT N3 or above is preferred) and proficient in English ・Experienced in administration or general affairs ・Detail-oriented, well-organized, able to work under pressure, and capable of handling multiple tasks at the same time
