Job Description
・Lead the operations in store, including cost control, manpower plan, shelf organizing and cleaning ・Educating staffs and team building ・Checking out at cash register (You have to learn to teach in the future) ・Money Handling ・Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards, sales floor change works ・Receiving goods from Distribution Center ・Maintain a fully stocked store and keep up to date with product information ・Follow all companies’ policies and procedures ・Translation, interpretation work ・Relocation within Indonesia ・Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Business level English and Japanese ・Fresh Graduates / working experience in Retail (/Service) industry ・Bachelor’s Degree ・Disciplined and follow the rules ・Growth-oriented mind (future store manager) ・Person who can attend training at a store in Malaysia for a month ・Passport Holder ・Person who can accept relocation within Indonesia
