Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow to ensure financial health of the company - Oversee treasury, banking relationships, and credit facility management - Monitor expenditures, analyze variances, and support business decisions with financial insights - Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing - Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations - Ensure compliance with Indonesian Manpower Law, BPJS, and related regulations - Manage compensation & benefits, training programs, and expatriate administration - Prepare and submit accurate financial and operational reports to HQ on schedule - Act as primary liaison between Indonesian operations and Japan HQ for finance and administrative matters - Ensure alignment with Japanese GAAP and HQ reporting standards - Oversee general ledger, AP/AR, and ensure financial statements comply with PSAK/IFRS - Manage tax compliance and coordinate internal/external audits - Establish and enforce credit policies, monitor AR aging, and manage collection activities
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree from any major ・Active business level of English Proficiency ・Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or HR functions ・At least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing multiple administrative functions, preferably within the banking industry ・Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, labor law, and PSAK/IFRS ・High integrity, detail-oriented, strong leadership with the ability to manage cross-functional teams, and able to work under pressure
